Wild Pickle was born out a passion for real, well sourced foods and a desire to have a healthy family. Fermentation was part and parcel of this whole slow food, holistic lifestyle and not just a wish to preserve food but to get the most nutrition from the food and top that off with the addition of adding many layer of flavours.
Wild Pickle offers fermentation workshops from a Beginner's fermentation workshop, fermented drinks incorporating drinks like kombucha to water kefir, cultured cheeses, fermented condiments, kimchi and taylored private workshops.
Wild Pickle specialises in using organic ingredients where possible.
